As well as people and processes, IT systems are critical to our offering. It’s our lifeblood supporting the day-to-day campaign activity ensuring we’re working as efficiently and as effectively as possible.

Our systems have been developed by sales and call centre professionals for telemarketing specialists. They provide our agents with a comprehensive support resource of relevant information at the click of a mouse. Moreover, the system is proactive, pushing time-sensitive data or low-hanging opportunities to the top of the call list rather than sifting through hundreds sometimes thousands of records in order to find the next best call.

We continually push the development of our IT function. We don’t rely on mass-market CRM applications, they have limited prospecting power. We prefer our own bespoke applications that have proved time and again to be more effective at doing the job as well as integrating with our clients own in-house databases.

A key function that’s only just being realized is web-based integration with a clients own CRM tools bringing externally managed and internally housed databases together in real time. We’re also using SMS technology for fast lead distribution. How great would it be for your sales team to receive details of an opportunity by phone, email and text message!
