Through this portal V2 Communications is able to offer clients ‘real-time’ campaign analysis and access to opportunities or time-sensitive records that require immediate action. It also provides a "window" on pipeline opportunities to support forecasting.

An added advantage is the ability for clients to provide their own feedback. This enhances agent support, promotes greater interaction between client and agent as well as aiding evaluation of campaign value.

We continually push the development of our IT function. We don’t rely on mass-market CRM applications, they have limited prospecting power. We prefer our own bespoke applications that have proved time and again to be more effective at doing the job as well as integrating with our clients own in-house databases.

A key function that’s only just being realized is web-based integration with a clients own CRM tools bringing externally managed and internally housed databases together in real time.
